# Fumadocs

Canonical: https://inetgeek.com/docs-platforms/fumadocs/

Open-source React.js documentation framework (Next.js, React Router, TanStack Start, Waku, Astro) that you self-host, with an OpenAPI integration, llms.txt and an MCP server.

## Who it suits

A team that already builds in React or Next.js and wants to own its documentation site: Fumadocs is an open-source framework you deploy yourself, with an OpenAPI reference and playground, llms.txt and MCP integrations, and no paid plan.

Consider something else if You want someone to host and run it. Fumadocs sells no hosting, so deploying and keeping the site up is your work, SDK generation is not described, and its AI assistant needs a model you supply.

## iScore

84 / 100 (80% interval 76–92), rank 4 of 10 in docs-platforms — interval overlaps the next rank, so this is an ordering, not a finding.

inetGeek's own reading, computed from sourced facts against category peers by disclosed rules. Not a provider claim. Intervals are 80%; a provider with few documented facts is pulled toward the category middle rather than scored on what little is known.
Read this score with care:
- Trust and compliance is thin: 0 of 1 criteria are scored, so it sits near the category middle with a wide interval (56–69). Read the interval, not the point.
- Documented but not scored, because the page states it as text with no comparable number or a yes/limited/no (a one-time, usage-based or other-vendor price, or a per-site choice): minimum_paid_price. Read them on the provider page; the score neither rewards nor penalises what it could not compare.
