# PagerDuty

Canonical: https://inetgeek.com/incident-management/pagerduty/

The incumbent on-call platform, priced per user with the notification allowance and the number of rotas both rising by tier.

## Who it suits

The incumbent, and the one most likely to already integrate with whatever you run — 750+ out-of-box integrations on the free plan. Five users, one schedule and one escalation policy free is enough to run a real rota for a small team before paying anything.

Consider something else if You are counting seats or notifications. At $25 a user it is the dearest here, roughly 2.6x Opsgenie's annual rate, and the notification allowance above the free tier is stated only as "more" — the figure is published for the plan you are not paying for.

## iScore

81 / 100 (80% interval 72–91), rank 2 of 4 in incident-management — interval overlaps the next rank, so this is an ordering, not a finding.

inetGeek's own reading, computed from sourced facts against category peers by disclosed rules. Not a provider claim. Intervals are 80%; a provider with few documented facts is pulled toward the category middle rather than scored on what little is known.
