filter_providers
Filter providers by documented facts — read-only
Providers that document ALL of the given fact keys, each with that fact's value, source URL and verification date — the way to answer "which databases are HIPAA eligible" without reading every fact sheet. A provider documenting a key does not mean the answer is yes: read the value (a compliance fact can read "not ISO 27001 certified"; a support fact can be "Limited" or "Not supported"). Absence means undocumented as of the check, not a confirmed no. Valid keys, grouped as the site groups them — Pricing: free_tier, minimum_paid_price, pricing_model, egress_overage_price, overage_behaviour, startup_credit_program. Limits: entry_plan_storage, entry_plan_memory, sites_included, monthly_visits_cap, bandwidth_included, file_count_limit, build_minutes, concurrent_builds, max_request_duration.
