This site publishes several hundred sourced figures about other companies’ products. Telling us one of them is wrong is the most useful message we get.
Reporting a wrong or stale figure
Every number on this site is recorded with the page it came from and the date it was read. If one of them is wrong, out of date, or reads the provider’s own wording differently than you would, that is worth telling us about — it is the single most useful thing anyone can send.
The report that gets fixed fastest names three things: the page it is on, which row is wrong, and the provider’s own page that contradicts it. We do not need you to be certain; a link that disagrees with ours is enough to start.
What happens to a correction
It is checked against the source you send and against the provider’s current published page. If the figure has changed, the value, its excerpt and its verification date are all updated together — the site does not keep a number whose quote no longer supports it.
If we disagree with a correction, we say so and why, rather than quietly leaving it. And if the answer turns out to be that the provider no longer publishes the figure at all, the row is emptied rather than left showing a value nobody can check.

Corrections from vendors are treated exactly like corrections from anyone else: checked against your public documentation, and applied if your page says something different from ours. Nothing here is paid placement, so there is no commercial route to changing what a comparison concludes.
What we cannot act on is a request to remove or soften an accurate figure, or to be ranked differently. Where a comparison states an opinion — the “choose this if” lines — it carries the name of the person who wrote it, and that person will read your disagreement.
Coverage requests and everything else
Suggestions for providers or categories to add are welcome, and so is being told that a criterion we compare on is the wrong one to compare on. Coverage is uneven by design — it reflects what each provider publishes — but the choice of what to document at all is ours, and it is improved by argument.
