Accuracy, and its limits

Every provider figure on this site was read from that provider's own published material and is shown with its source and the date it was read. We take that seriously — it is the point of the site.

It is still a snapshot. Providers change prices, limits and features without notice, and a value correct on the date shown may be wrong today. Before making a purchase, check the figure against the provider's own page, which we link from every value.

Provider information is compiled from publicly available sources and is not guaranteed to be complete, current or error-free. Providers change prices, limits, availability, eligibility and capabilities without notice, and we do not independently warrant any statement a provider makes. A score, rank or lean shown here is our own reading of those sources by rules published on this site, not a measurement and not a provider's claim.

Nothing here is professional, legal, financial, security, compliance, procurement or engineering advice. Infrastructure decisions depend on your workload, and the recommendations on this site are stated as conditions rather than verdicts for that reason. You remain responsible for evaluating a provider's terms, pricing, availability and suitability for your own requirements.

Corrections come first

We publish corrections. If you are a provider, or act for one, and believe a figure, quote, score or statement about you here is wrong, out of date or misleading, tell us through the contact page with the source that shows the correct position. We will re-check against the source and correct or annotate the page, normally within ten business days, and the page will show the date it changed.

Because that route exists and is free, you agree to use it before pursuing any other remedy: no claim, demand, complaint to a regulator or other proceeding may be brought against Immortal Reality PA LLC in respect of information on this site unless you have first given us that notice and ten business days to act on it. Where we correct or remove the information within that period, no claim lies in respect of the period before correction to the fullest extent the law allows.

The DNS and email tools

The tools query public DNS resolvers and report what those resolvers return. Results reflect what a particular resolver held at that moment and may differ from another resolver, or from the authoritative answer, while a change propagates.

They are provided for diagnostics. DNS results may be incomplete, stale, cached, inconsistent between resolvers or affected by network conditions, and we do not warrant that a result represents the authoritative or globally current state of a domain. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for a migration, a cutover, or a security decision; they are not a substitute for professional security assessment, incident response or penetration testing. Use them to look up domains you are entitled to query, and not to enumerate or probe infrastructure you do not control. Anything you place in a shareable lookup URL is disclosed to whoever you share it with, and is your responsibility.

Automated or excessive querying is rate limited. We may restrict access that degrades the service for others or that burdens the public resolvers we depend on.

Provider names and logos

Provider names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners and are used here to identify the products being compared. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement, affiliation or partnership, in either direction.

Quoted excerpts from provider documentation are short extracts reproduced to evidence a specific factual claim, with attribution and a link to the source.

Our own content

The written analysis, comparison structure, reference articles and code on this site are ours. You are welcome to quote a passage with attribution and a link. Republishing the comparison data or reference articles wholesale is not permitted.

Commercial relationships

There are currently no affiliate relationships, sponsored placements or paid rankings on this site. If that changes, such links will be marked in the markup and disclosed on the page carrying them, and they will not determine ordering or conclusions.

Acceptable use

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these terms. You agree not to use the site or the tools for anything unlawful; to attack, probe or enumerate infrastructure you do not control; to circumvent rate limits or security controls; to burden the public resolvers we depend on; or to scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, its data or its tools, and may restrict access, without notice, for abuse, security, legal or operational reasons.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Immortal Reality PA LLC, its members, officers and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, fine, penalty, damages or cost, including reasonable legal fees, brought or incurred by any third party or authority that arises from your use of the site or the tools in breach of these terms; from any unlawful, abusive or unauthorised DNS or network activity you conduct using the tools; from information you submit to us, including a correction, that is false or that you were not entitled to provide; or from a claim in respect of information about you or your products that you could have had corrected under the section above and did not ask us to correct.

We will notify you promptly of any such claim, let you control its defence where the law and our interests permit, and not settle it in a way that admits fault on your behalf without your consent.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site, its data, its scores and its tools are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Immortal Reality PA LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, or for business interruption, or for any fine, penalty or regulatory sanction imposed on you or a third party, however arising and whether or not we were advised of the possibility — including loss arising from reliance on any figure, quote, score, rank, recommendation or tool output on this site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the site, its content or its tools, on any basis, will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100). The site is free to use, and that figure reflects it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by the applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any statutory consumer right that applies to you.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, and any dispute not resolved under the corrections section above is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. We may update these terms; the version on this page is the one in force, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it. If any provision is found unenforceable the rest stands, and our not enforcing a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of it. These terms, with the privacy policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site. We may assign them to a successor of the business; you may not assign them.
